Relaxing Beach House Vibe Dream Room Reveal!
I had the pleasure of working with this family on a dual Dream Room makeover project. We decided on a beach house vibe design for this room. This room is the largest in the home and was not being used because it didn’t feel inviting for the family. They were all crowding in to a small den area that we transformed into a cozy couple’s retreat and transformed this main living area into a large comfortable space for the entire family to enjoy.
One of the challenges of this room was the competing focal points. The fireplace was on one wall while the TV was on the adjacent wall. The clients agreed to move the TV above the fireplace which solved the room arrangement problems and allowed opportunity for better flow and function of the space.
