Welcome to this Modern Farmhouse Kitchen and Bath Refresh. This was the second, third and fourth of the four rooms we tackled in this home. (Link below will take you to dining room project). This was a fairly new home but my client was not happy with the laminate countertops and the lack of backsplash.
The Scope
This project scope included selecting new solid-surface countertops, adding a backsplash, new hardware and mirrors.
Kitchen refresh
Because the flooring had a lot a movement and color, we went with a very sleek, white quartz countertop.
On the flip side of the kitchen (literally), she wanted to add a little something to the eat-at bar area that is facing the living room. You’ll notice the corbels that were added to support the weight of the solid surface countertop. The previous laminate countertop did not require the extra support.
Bathroom refresh
We tackled two bathrooms and gave them very similar looks. It didn’t take much to bring that Modern Farmhouse feel into these spaces. These pharmacy mirrors steal the show!
