This home will never be the same. This two-story traditional vacant staging was our largest project to date. This home features over 3,000 square feet of renovated space. Christy led the entire renovation project. Once the total transformation was complete, staging began.

This renovation included refinishing existing hardwood, new vinyl plank flooring, new carpeting, fresh paint throughout on walls, cabinets, kitchen back splash, tub tile surround and exterior light fixtures, new quartz counter-top and new interior light fixtures. Although this was a large scale project, we came in right on budget with no surprise costs.

Homeowner was extremely impressed with this amazing transformation and her 242% ROI on her investment upon selling the home.
