Renovation & Staging
This two-story traditional vacant staging was our largest project to date. This home features over 3,000 square feet of renovated space. Christy led the entire renovation project. Once the total transformation was complete, staging began.
The Design
A light and airy design was selected for this updated home. A mix of modern and contemporary furnishings compliment the open concept design. The simple accessories bring in the feeling of home while also showcasing the spaciousness throughout.

Multiple offers and under contract Day 1 at $7K over asking.
